The heavy loss sparked criticism from fans and the Italian media, but Inter president Giuseppe Marotta says he is still fully behind Inzaghi, who was appointed in 2021 and has one year left on his contract.
"This defeat will not have an impact," said Marotta. "Almost all the credit for this positive cycle is due to his professionalism and abilities. If he wants to continue, we are happy."
During his time with the Nerazzurri, Inzaghi has won the Coppa Italia twice and delivered one Serie A title in four years at the helm.
This season, Inter were chasing a historic treble but narrowly missed out on the league title, finishing one point behind Napoli, and were eliminated by AC Milan in the Coppa Italia semi-finals. The Champions League final defeat to PSG means Inter end the season without a major trophy.

However, they still have one more opportunity for silverware this summer.
Inter will take part in the newly expanded FIFA Club World Cup, which will be held in the United States from 14 June to 13 July.
They begin their campaign against Monterrey on 18 June in Pasadena.
