According to Sky in Italy, the Belgian midfielder has agreed to a two-year deal with an option for a further year. He will link up with former Chelsea and Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte, who has been in charge of Napoli for one year.
The 33-year-old had announced his intention to leave Manchester City before the season concluded and was given an emotional farewell at the Etihad Stadium during his final home league match against Bournemouth.
During his 10-year spell with the Citizens, De Bruyne won 19 major trophies, including six Premier League titles and Manchester City's first-ever UEFA Champions League crown in 2023.
Signed from Wolfsburg in 2015 for £55 million, De Bruyne made 422 appearances in all competitions for City, scoring 108 goals and providing 177 assists.
He leaves the Premier League with 119 assists—second only to Ryan Giggs, who holds the record with 162.
