Lamine Yamal signs new deal with Barcelona to keep him at the club until 2031
Lamine Yamal has signed a new deal with Barcelona that will keep him at the club until June 2031. His current contract was set to expire in 2026 but he has today signed a new six-year contract with the Spanish giants.

Yamal, who will turn 18 on July 13, has said publicly on several occasions that his desire is to remain at Barça, where he has already made over 100 first team appearances.
The Spain winger signed his current contract in 2023, but at the time, as he was under 18, he was only allowed to sign a three-year deal.
This season, the forward has made 55 appearances, scoring 18 goals and registering 25 asissts alongside delivering standout performances in some of Barca's biggest games including the Champions League semifinal against Inter Milan and the LaLiga EL Clásico against Real Madrid.
His displays have helped Hansi Flick's side win a domestic treble- LaLiga, the Copa del Rey and the Spanish Supercopa.
