The 29-year-old's contract expires at the end of this month. The former Manchester City player had been linked with a move back to the Premier League, with Arsenal reportedly interested, but he now favours a move to the Süper Lig champions instead.
Although nothing has been signed yet, a broad agreement has been reached on a three-year contract worth up to €15 million per year net.
Sané joined Bayern in 2020 for an initial €49 million, plus €11 million in add-ons. He won three consecutive Bundesliga titles before Bayer Leverkusen ended Bayern's streak last season.
This season, the winger scored 13 goals and provided six assists in 45 appearances across all competitions as Die Roten lifted the Bundesliga title for the 34th time.
His five seasons at Bayern have seen several managerial changes, with Sané playing under Hansi Flick, Julian Nagelsmann, Thomas Tuchel, and most recently Vincent Kompany during his 220 appearances for the club where he has scored 61 goals and registered 55 assists.
