The Hungarian international has signed a five-year contract with the Reds, keeping him at the club until 2030.
Kerkez is Liverpool's third major signing of the transfer window, following the arrivals of attacking midfielder Florian Wirtz and right-back Jeremie Frimpong, both from Bayer Leverkusen. His addition brings Liverpool's summer spending to around £170 million.
"It's a real honour for me, a privilege to come and play for one of the biggest clubs in the world — the biggest club in England. I'm just really, really happy and excited," said Kerkez.
"After this, I'll go home and enjoy a few days in my hometown, and then I really can't wait to come back, put the training kit on, and start preparing for the season."
Last season, the 21-year-old played every single Premier League match for the Cherries, scoring twice and providing five assists.
Kerkez previously spent time at AC Milan before being sold to AZ Alkmaar, where he made 40 appearances across two seasons for the Dutch club.
His fine form earned him a move to the South Coast of England at the start of the 2023/24 campaign, and he soon became a stalwart in Andoni Iraola's side.
He will now battle it out with Andy Robertson for a place in the Premier League champions' starting XI.
