Liverpool Progress to the Semi Finals of the Carabao Cup
Liverpool confirm their place in the semi final of the Carabao Cup after a 5-1 win vs West ham with Curtis Jones scoring a double.
Dominik Szoboszlai scored first from range with a powerful strike into the far bottom corner to open the scoring.Curtis Jones added a second for Liverpool from a tight angle before Cody Gakpo scored the third with a good strike into the bottom left corner.

The Hammers struggled to deal with Liverpool’s tempo as they constantly struggled to stay in possesion of the ball which also resulted in the goal from Szoboszlai.
Jarell Quansah managed to intercept a pass on the halfway line. The centre defender played a pass into Szoboszlai who hammered the ball into the lower far corner from outside the box on the right hand side.
