Liverpool vs Bournemouth Carabao cup preview
Liverpool will be looking to book their place in the Carabao cup with a win against Premier league side Bournemouth. Football won't be the only struggle these sides will face with Storm Ciaran looking to cause a stir.
These sides most recently met in the Premier league where Liverpool walked away with the win after conceding early in the game but coming back to win 3:1 at Anfield.

This time though, Liverpool travel down to the south coast to meet their opponent stuck within chaos. Heavy wind and rain is likely to batter the seaside town, making this game even more difficult for the two sides.
Liverpool have picked a strong side with Mo Salah and Dominik Szoboszlai starting for the reds. Cody Gakpo is set to lead the line after returning from an injury he picked up against league leaders Tottenham Hotspur.
Bournemouth have opted to include former Liverpool player Dominic Solanke into their starting 11 while summer signing Alex Scott gets his third consecutive start for the cherries.

The Merseyside club was defeated by Man city at this stage last year. This year however Liverpool have looked in fine form and will be looking to comfortably progress into the next round of the competition.
Bournemouth picked up three points in their last game against Burnley and will look to replicate this in this tough fixture for the small coastal side.
Both sides comfortably beat their opponents in the third round of the Carabao cup with Liverpool winning 3:1 against recently relegated Leicester city While the Cherries struck up a 2:0 win against Stoke.
The Boscombe crowd will be hoping they have something to cheer about by the end of the night by potentially causing a huge upset. Travelling fans will be giving it their all after the long journey they had to get to the vitality stadium and will be upset with anything other than a cup tie win.
My prediction is 2:0 with goals coming from Salah and Elliot in the first half.
Liverpool lineup: Kelleher, Gomez, Matip, Quansah, Tsimikas, Endo, Szoboszlai, Elliott, Salah, Gakpo, Jones.
Bournemouth lineup: Radu, Smith, Mepham, Zabarnyi, Kerkez, Scott, Billing, Semenyo, Christie, Kluivert, Solanke
